Ultimate Package

     This is the Ultimate coaching program for the endurance athlete who wants unparalleled coaching, testing and service. The ultimate program is limited to the select few who want maximum advice, feedback, one-on-one consultation combined with assessment and performance testing on par with Olympic athletes! Train closely with Dr. Michael McMahon former coach of Olympic athletes Reto Hug and Brigitte McMahon! This all inclusive training package includes:

  • 1 Hour initial consultation to discuss your goals and other training
  • considerations
  • Weekly training programs emailed to you detailing every aspect of
  • your training
  • Strength training program
  • Flexibility program
  • Nutritional Analysis and Review
  • Weekly video conference (15-30 minutes)
  • Essentially, unlimited phone conversations+ (15-30 minutes each)
  • to discuss your training progress and related matters
    Unlimited email interaction with first priority status*
  • Pre-race call to discuss race strategy and preparation
  • Post-race call to discuss your race result and for future planning
  • Three two-day visits to Honolulu++(or location of your choice) for performance testing (Training Zone Testing)
    One on one biomechanical analysis and review with Dr. McMahon

  • Equipment overview, evaluation and recommendations
  • Lodging, transportation (to and from Honolulu International Airport)
  • Dinner is included during the first visit

Penultimate Package

     The penultimate program is for the dedicated athlete who wants to work extremely closely with Dr. McMahon. This plan offers a highest level coaching service with maximum amount of personal interaction and close monitoring of your progress along with performance testing to obtain maximum results! This highly individualized and specific program is ideal for the athlete that doesn’t want to compromise in attaining his or her goals:   

  • 1 Hour initial consultation to discuss your goals and other training
  • considerations
  • Weekly training programs emailed to you detailing every aspect of
  • your training
  • Performance Field Testing to monitor progress and gauge training
  • zones
  • Strength training program
  • Nutritional Analysis and Review
  • Weekly video conference (15-30 minutes)
  • Up to three (3) weekly phone conversations (15-30 minutes each) to discuss your
  • training progress and related matters

Comprehensive Package

     The comprehensive plan is for the dedicated athlete who wants to work closely with Dr. McMahon. This plan offers a high level coaching service with plenty of personal interaction and close monitoring of your progress along with performance testing to obtain maximum results! Comprehensive and efficient, the program is perfect for almost anyone and includes:

Custom Package

     This Plan is economical yet provides some interaction, including a combination of structured personal training plans and feedback via phone and email with Dr. McMahon. It is for the serious athlete who wants the very best individualized coaching plans available with minimal performance testing, biomechanical analysis. The program includes: 

  • 30 minute initial consultation to discuss your goals and other
  • training considerations
  • Bi-Weekly training programs emailed to you detailing every aspect
  • of your training
  • Performance Field Testing to monitor progress and gauge training
  • zones
  • Strength Training Program
  • Unlimited email interaction**
  • Monthly (once every four weeks) phone conversation (15–30 minutes each)
  • Team Racing Kit 


Basic Package

     The Basic Plan is for the serious athlete who desires a personalized training schedule and occasional email interaction with Dr. McMahon. With the basic plan, you will receive a professionally developed training schedule by Dr. McMahon developed around your personal needs. Communicate weekly with Dr. McMahon via email to review training and race results. The basic plan is the most affordable training program from a high level coach and includes:

  • 20 minute initial phone consultation with Dr. McMahon
  • Bi-Weekly training programs detailing most aspects of your training
  • Performance Field Testing to monitor adaptations and gauge training intensity
  • Strength training routine
  • Weekly email exchange to review your training progress


Race Package

With this plan Dr. McMahon personally develops the ultimate short-range training plan for your next major race. This is a 12 to 20 week training program designed to help you peak for your best performance. This is ideal for Athletes that understand the importance of maximizing their time with efficient and effective training and desire the benefit  gained from the confidence of knowing that their training and taper for the important race are the best possible for them! This affordable program is ideal for athletes with one very specific goal race.  Included with this program:

  • 15 minute phone initial consultation with Dr. McMahon
  • 4 week personal training blocks detailing daily workout schedule
  • E-mail interaction with Dr. McMahon during training program
  • Pre-race phone consultation with Dr. McMahon
  • Post-race follow-up consultation with Dr. McMahon


Starter (First-Timer) Package

     Dr. McMahon supervises the development of your training plan. This is for the athlete that has yet to have a professional coaching experience and perhaps isn’t ready to make a complete commitment. This program provides an opportunity to learn the importance of maximizing their time with efficient and effective training along with the benefit that are gained by having the confidence of knowing that their training and workouts are the best possible for them. Included with this 6 week program:

  • 15 minute phone initial consultation with Dr. McMahon staff
  • member
  • One 2 week  followed by one 4 week individual training block
